Eagle Camp

Eagle Campers giving a thumbs up under water

Not to be confused with Orientation, Eagle Camp is the next step in a smooth transition to UNT and the Denton community. Eagle Camp is a great opportunity for you to make new friends, learn UNT traditions and enter into your first year of college with confidence and feeling like a part of the UNT family! You'll also meet staff, faculty and student leaders who will help you feel ready as you start college as a NORTH TEXAN!

Register

Registration is closed. If you have a question regarding Eagle Camp or registration before then, call us at (940) 565-4198 or e-mail eaglecamp@unt.edu.

Forms

Before you can leave for camp we need a completed Permission to Treat form (pdf). While we hope we never have to use it, we cannot let anyone attend Eagle Camp that does not have one filled out.

If you feel you cannot attend Eagle Camp due to the cost, let us know. For those that fill out the form and are found to be in need, we can waive the registration fee. These funds are limited so please complete form if the fee is truly holding you back from attending. Please download the Financial Assistance form (pdf) and either mail or fax it to us before the dates listed in the form.

Location and Costs

This year's Eagle Camp will be held at Camp Copass in Denton. Located on Lake Lewisville and 20 minutes from campus, it'll make for a great setting for all the fun we'll have. Camp Copass includes air-conditioned cabins, a top-notch dining facility, an outdoor pool, a ropes course, miniature golf, baseball fields, frisbee golf and more!

Eagle Camp A's registration fee is $100 and Eagle Camp B's registration fee is $125.
